By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, you agree that your credit card will automatically be charged on a recurring monthly basis (based on the date of initial purchase), $23.95 per month for the Express Club plan or $33.95 per month for the Ultimate Club plan.

Members also have the option to purchase a onetime upgrade to a different wash and pay the difference at the time of the wash.

Only the vehicle listed at initial purchase is eligible for the Unlimited Wash Club and must have a Patriot Car Wash RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags should be reported to Patriot Car Wash promptly, any attempt to remove or alter the membership tag will deem it unusable and prevent it from operating. The member may be charged $5.00 for tag replacement. Member must notify Patriot Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership.

If the membership tag is tampered with or the Unlimited Wash Club is used in anyway inconsistent with its Terms and Conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.

Patriot Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change this wash program from time to time as necessary. Car washes are available during normal hours of operation subject to weather permitting, equipment shutdown and maintenance. Membership cannot be used for Self-Serve Washes.

Membership may be cancelled by calling (413) 236 5777 or providing 5 days written notice to Patriot Car Wash at 7 Westview Rd., Pittsfield, MA 0120. or emailed to info@patriotcarwashes.com prior to the renewal date of your current membership to Patriot Car Wash by providing:

• First and Last Name on the account
• Barcode Number on your RFID sticker

No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
